WHO IS IT FOR:

As an experienced educator for health professionals, corporations, and community organizations, there is evidence-based research that programs in mindfulness and yoga can provide quality improvement in employee wellness and reduce turnover and burnout.

Contracting organizations that employ professionals who require Continuing Education (CE) credits can offer these programs to support workforce requirements.

Educational programs can be provided as virtual or in-person webinars from 1 hour to a day-long or weekend retreat.

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction in the Workplace:

This customized professional education activity will provide attendees with specific knowledge on the biological and psychological impacts of stress and how stress can affect health, wellness and productive work environments. This course is ideal for health care professionals’ who are interested in improving their ability to provide caring and healing environments at work. MBSR modified programs can be provided.

HEALING CIRCLES PROGRAMS

Healing circles provide an opportunity for people to gather and promote deepening relationships and stronger bonds. Following the format created by the international organization Healing Circles Global (insert link www.HCG.org) circles provide a place of safety and community that supports workplace wellness. Experiencing kindness, respect, and deep listening circle participants find acceptance, healing, and peace.

HEALING THE HEALERS

This experiential educational program concentrates on the use of self-care tools of mindfulness, reflection, gentle movement, relaxation training, and journaling. This program is designed for health professionals specifically but can be adapted for any organization that is looking to improve wellness and health. The program is unique in format and content, drawing on the models of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Mind Body Skill Groups. Best provided as a daylong workshop or weekly sessions.
